Privacy policy statement
This privacy policy explains the handling of data in the context of ETCS Web Application of Railtool LLC
1. How it works:
Most of the ETCS Web application use web services to convert and evaluate data. These web services is developed and hosted under the responsibility of Railtool LLC.
2. What we store:
When you import data or a data file, the application will send the file to our web service. The server running this web service will store the data/file and the IP address of the client host.
3. How we use your data:
Railtool can use the uploaded file for tests and improvements of the application. For example, if the decoding of the uploaded input data/file fails, an error message will be sent to our administrator. Railtool then can use your data file to debug the application and find failures in the software
4. How long we store this data:
Data is stored on our server as long as it can be useful for the development of our products. Data collected by the web service is only accessible by Railtool LLC. Normally, the imported files will be deleted after short time.
5. Important:
We have no access to any personal data of the user.
